Print Industry
Marketing Strategy

As part of my User Experience Design and Applied Innovation Masters I completed a 12 week research project. It was a self set work place project, in which I took the opportunity to address the lack of print industry marketing case studies and proposed strategies. When developing my proposal for the project it became evident the biggest issue for SME's in the high paced print industry is time. It was important that there be an easily maintained marketing strategy that can be adopted by all contributors within the company.

 

During the 12 week research project I conducted the following UX and innovative theory guided practices:

  • Consumer Research

  • Needs Decomposition

  • Persona Development 

  • User Journey/Empathy Mapping

  • Marketing Strategy Development/Launch

  • User Testing

  • Lofi to Hifi Prototyping
